A visible and more than remarkable network: Lanfranco Baldi works and connection it’s an exhibition not be missed in Florence ! It can be viewed at the Accademy of Fine Art ‘library in Via Ricasoli 64 until at 8 May, the curator is Lorenzo Bruni. On April 10 in connection with the opening of the exhibition it has been held a day of study : “I remember him Lanfranco Baldi and the historical context of Florence in the 9ì70s/80s”,15 art historians, artists and insiders where in attendance this too has been curated by Lorenzo Bruni. The exhibition features works from private collections but even so there’s enough to be inspired inviting the visitors to explore the artistic direction taken by Lanfranco Baldi over 360°. He used to create as a gift of love and friendship going from abstract paintings, analitic painting, art performances, Raku ceramic, graphic works, drawings in cartoon characters (he used to sign them under the pseudonym name of Jim), he also exploring text and speech in relation to images always filtered trough his poetic sensibility.
